Ogni giorno di più lo Stato turco saccheggia e devasta le popolazioni e i territori del Kurdistan, il tutto nel silenzio assordante dell’occidente atlantista.
L’esercito turco, il secondo più potente della NATO, compie metodicamente crimini contro la popolazione curda in Rojava, come bombardamenti sugli ospedali e sulle infrastrutture civili e l’utilizzo di gas tossici vietati dalla convenzione di Ginevra.
In tutto ciò l’Università di Padova, che da un lato condanna fermamente l’invasione dell’Ucraina, dall’altro, senza nemmeno tentare di nascondere la propria ipocrisia, tace sui crimini del boia Erdogan. Non contenta, promuove tirocini presso la NATO, la quale, dopo aver sfruttato le milizie curde nella lotta all’ISIS, le abbandona in balia del fascismo turco.
Vogliamo che l’Università condanni integralmente le azioni turche. Vogliamo che l’Università apra un dibattito all’interno del corpo docenti e della comunità studentesca. Vogliamo che l’Università interrompa i rapporti con ogni forma di militarismo.

Every day more and more the Turkish state plunders and devastates the people and the territories of Kurdistan, all in the deafening silence of the Atlantist West.
The Turkish army, the second most powerful inside NATO alliance, methodically carries out crimes against the Kurdish population in Rojava, such as bombing hospitals and civilian infrastructure or the use of toxic gases banned by the Geneva Convention.
In all of this, the University of Padua, which on one hand strongly condemns the invasion of Ukraine, on the other hand, without even attempting to hide its hypocrisy, is silent about the crimes of the murderer Erdogan. Not happy, it promotes internships with NATO, which, after exploiting Kurdish militias in the fight against ISIS, abandons them at the mercy of Turkish fascism.
We want the University to condemn Turkish actions in full. We want the University to open a debate within the faculty and the student community. We want the University to cut relations with all forms of militarism.
